Loyalty Promise Guarantee
We want your strategy to be as effective as possible. Our proprietary and proven-to-work methods are even more effective if you are the only business in your market implementing them. It would not behoove either of us to utilize those same strategies with a competitor in your market territory, especially our SEO efforts.
So, as a courtesy to our clients we offer a Loyalty Promise Guarantee when they enter into a Full-Service Agreement with us. What this means, for example, is that if you are a realtor, we will NOT work with another realtor that directly competes with you in your territory. What this also means is that we WILL work with another realtor in another territoy that does not compete with you at all. We do specify this in our parnetship agreement to ensure your protection. If your territory changes, we can ammend the location on your agreement. However, if you move into a territory where we already have an established client, than we would no longer be able to offer this guarantee and would have to choose the client that initiated services with us first, unless you both chose to combine your efforts and team up.
